3 hours later, we failed miserably.
In an attempt to throw in a custom t-shirt to the pile of presents we got for Mike, kristothetopher and I spent a solid 3 hours trying to get this stupid iron-on transfer paper to work. To make a long story short, stick to white t-shirts. Also, screw Boston.
